  • Financial Accuracy: UltiCashFlow is a forecasting tool designed for small business visibility.  ER Squared is not responsible for financial losses or business outcomes resulting from the use of this software.

User Obligations

  • You agree to provide accurate information when using our Contact form or purchasing a license.

  • Any unauthorized use of the content on er2app.com or any Service is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ER Squared is incorporated, the state of Connecticut, USA.
