The license granted is for a single individual user and is valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of first use..

3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS The supplier does not warrant that the Product will operate without interruption or error, nor that any results, calculations, forecasts, or outputs produced are accurate or suitable for any specific business purpose.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for interpreting, validating, and confirming the reasonableness and appropriateness of all outputs, analyses, and results generated by the Product before relying upon them for any decision-making.

5. FITNESS FOR PURPOSE The supplier makes no representation or warranty that the Product is appropriate or suitable for your particular business, industry, or use case.

6. SECURITY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT You acknowledge that the Product operates on your local computer environment and that its security is dependent upon the security of your own computer systems, network, and operating environment. The supplier bears no responsibility for data security.

7. RESTRICTIONS You agree not to copy, distribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to replicate or derive the source logic of the Product in whole or in part.

8. OWNERSHIP AND FEEDBACK All intellectual property rights in the Product remain the exclusive property of the supplier. Any suggestions, enhancements, or improvement ideas provided by you and implemented by the supplier shall become the sole intellectual property of the supplier without compensation.

9. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the supplier from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Product, your reliance on any outputs or results generated by the Product, or your violation of these Terms and Conditions. This indemnification includes, without limitation, claims by third parties arising from business decisions, financial outcomes, or operational actions taken based on use of the Product.

10. TERMINATION This license automatically terminates upon expiration of the one-year license period or upon violation of these Terms and Conditions.

This workbook requires the use of a valid Microsoft Excel license running on a Windows computer (Microsoft Excel license is not suppled as part of licensure of this workbook). Installation of this workbook on your computer requires acknowledgement that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions."
